Refund Policy

At LA Mix Master, we are committed to delivering high-quality audio services. Since our work is service-based and customized for each client, the following refund policies apply:

1. No Refunds or Returns

• Once an order is placed and payment is made, no refunds or returns are accepted under any circumstances.

2. Project File Submission

• Customers must submit their audio files within 30 days of placing the order.

• If files are not received within this timeframe, the order will be cancelled, and no refund will be provided.

3. Service Commitment

• We ensure delivery of the purchased service once files are received.

• Revisions are provided where applicable to meet customer expectations.

4. Copyright Responsibility

• All files submitted must be owned or licensed by the customer.

• LA Mix Master holds no responsibility for copyright claims or disputes.
